A photoshoot in city park

Summer. A word that fills my mind with cicadas singing on warm southern nights, sweet ice tea and extra time with the people we love. This year, summer has also meant a return to more normalcy. After three months of social distancing, New Orleans has finally emerged again as a city with lowering case counts of Covid-19. What a joy it has been to be able to go out and be around others! I had the privilege these past two weeks of doing two photoshoots for amazing women and their fiancés. I love photographing couples! The way they interact is like a breath of fresh air, how easily they laugh at each other and how tender they are. These two couples are beautiful inside and out, it was such a joy to be able to dust off my camera and enjoy capturing these moments. Enjoy!
